Named for New York City Bodega and Street foods. We elevate our brand offering an array of NY's favorites along with Roanoke Classics and include other various Smash Burgers, Hot Dogs, Baked Potatoes & House Specialties.
What is a Bodega?
A Bodega is a small convience store in New York City that sells groceries and contains a kitchen serving various hot and cold foods. They help define NYC Neighborhoods & Culture. They are also most famously known for the "Chopped Cheese", our primary specialty and the reason for our namesake.
And the Star City?
Well if your not from here, it's our charming and wonderful Roanoke, VA. Within a valley in the Heart of the Applachain Trail and the Blue Ridge Mountains our Regional Big Apple is known as The Roanoke Star. It's the world's largest freestanding illuminated man made star since 1949. Shining bright over our home of operations, Downtown Roanoke City.
